Providing the User with news announcements, Perfoser news, and other advertising information by sending messages to the email address also falls within the rights of Perfoser. Access to personal data is granted only to authorized employees of Perfoser, authorized employees of third-party companies (i.e., service providers) or our business partners who have signed a confidentiality and personal data protection agreement. All Perfoser employees who have access to personal data must adhere to the policy of ensuring the confidentiality and protection of personal data. To ensure the confidentiality of information and the protection of personal data, Perfoser maintains an appropriate IT environment and takes all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access.
In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, Perfoser informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
Perfoser, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, Perfoser is not responsible if this confidential information:
· Became public domain before its loss or disclosure. · Was received from a third party before it was received by Perfoser. · Was disclosed with the User's consent.
Perfoser blocks personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User's or their legal representative's or authorized body's request for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
By using the Site's services and/or registering on the Site perfoser.com, the User gives their consent to Perfoser to collect, systematize, accumulate, store, use, anonymize, delete, modify, transfer to third parties their personal data: surname, name, patronymic, mobile/home phone number, email address, for the purpose of providing services, and also gives their consent to the processing of the above personal data and sending information about works, services to the email address and/or mobile phone number specified by the User.
The User confirms that the personal data and other information related to them (including, but not limited to: surname, name, patronymic, mobile phone number, email address) were provided by the User by entering them during registration/ordering services/subscribing to news on the Site perfoser.com voluntarily and are reliable.
Consent can be withdrawn by the User at any time by sending a written notification to the email address specified on the site.
Perfoser has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version contains the date of the last update. The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy. The new version of the Privacy Policy applies to new users, as well as to Users who have entered into a user agreement before the changes were made.
This Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and Perfoser arising in connection with the application of the Policy are subject to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
All disputes between the parties are resolved through negotiations. The pre-trial procedure for resolving disputes is mandatory, the response time to a claim is 10 (ten) working days.
If for one reason or another one or more provisions of this Privacy Policy are recognized as invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Policy.
Perfoser does not accept proposals from Users regarding changes to this Privacy Policy.
By using the services and materials of the Site, the User confirms that they have read all the provisions of this Privacy Policy and accept them without exceptions or reservations.
